The RAIL by TableSafe is a next generation restaurant payment platform. My team was responsible for redesigning the enclosure and folio. In addition to giving the product a contemporary design we improved the usability across the board. Key improvements were, simplifying the physical interface and making user touch points clearer and more consistent.
