BD was developing a new low cost flow cytometer. Our team provided Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering for the enclosure. We gave the product a streamlined professional look while also increasing usability when compared to competing products. Tubing was consolidated to one area, low profile handles were added for positioning, and the entire face swung down to provide access to the internals.
